1 can pineapple rings | |
Vanilla Bean Sugar | |
Vanilla Bean Sea Salt | |
1 cup ricotta cheese | |
1/4 cup heavy cream | |
Sourdough bread | |
Basic Bee Hot Honey |
1. | Preheat oven to 400°F |
2. | Lay canned pineapple rings on parchment lined sheet tray. Generously sprinkle with Vanilla Bean Sugar and lightly sprinkle with Vanilla Bean Sea Salt. |
3. | Bake until the sugar is caramelized. About 10-15 minutes. |
4. | Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, whip together the ricotta cheese and heavy cream until well combined. |
5. | For the toast, toast bread in a toaster. Top toast with Ricotta mixture and caramelized pineapples. Drizzle hot honey on the top and enjoy! |
