Our Rotisserie Chicken Blend is a fantastic choice for bring big flavor to lean protein. Stovetop sear or get these on the grill – either way, they’re delicious. Dress them with our Citrusy Slaw and a slather of Truff Spicy Mayo. Wowza. Dig in!
1 lb ground chicken | |
1 Tbl Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
2 Tbl Rotisserie Chicken Blend | |
2 tsp salt | |
Citrusy Slaw for serving | |
Hamburger Buns for serving | |
Truff Spicy Mayo for serving |
1. | In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, Rotisserie Chicken Blend, Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt. Form into 4 patties. |
2. | Drizzle Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil into a skillet set over medium high heat. Sear the burgers on one side until golden brown. Flip and lower the heat to low. Continue cooking until the patties are cooked through - about 8 minutes. They should be firm to the touch and reach an internal temp of 160°F. |
3. | Drizzle the interior of the buns with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil and toast under the broiler or wipe out the skillet and toast the buns stovetop. Serve the burgers with the Citrusy Slaw and Truff Spicy Mayo. |
