We love this tarragon-rich, throwback dressing. It’s fantastic as a dip for a veggie tray. We love it in place of caesar for dressing romaine lettuce. It’s also fantastic in our California Chicken Wraps. Bright and fresh and so full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping tsp anchovy paste

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 1/3 cup full fat Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup parsley leaves

  • ¼ cup basil leaves

  • ½ tsp Sariette Blend

  • 1 Tbl lemon juice, plus additional for seasoning

  • 2 Tbl chopped fresh tarragon leaves

  • 2 Tbl minced chives

  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine the anchovy fillets, mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, basil, Sariette Blend, and 1 Tbl lemon juice and process until smooth and brilliant green. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the tarragon and chives, and season to taste with salt and pepper, and additional lemon juice.
