We love this tarragon-rich, throwback dressing. It’s fantastic as a dip for a veggie tray. We love it in place of caesar for dressing romaine lettuce. It’s also fantastic in our California Chicken Wraps. Bright and fresh and so full of flavor!
1 heaping tsp anchovy paste | |
½ cup mayonnaise | |
1/3 cup full fat Greek yogurt | |
½ cup parsley leaves | |
¼ cup basil leaves | |
½ tsp Sariette Blend | |
1 Tbl lemon juice, plus additional for seasoning | |
2 Tbl chopped fresh tarragon leaves | |
2 Tbl minced chives | |
Salt and Pepper |
1. | In a food processor or blender, combine the anchovy fillets, mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, basil, Sariette Blend, and 1 Tbl lemon juice and process until smooth and brilliant green. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the tarragon and chives, and season to taste with salt and pepper, and additional lemon juice. |
