We took the simplicity of an Arnold Palmer – Sweet Tea & Lemonade – and decided to invite summertime peaches to the party. To up the peachiness (is that a word?) we subbed in our Summer Peach Bellini Oolong Tea as the tea. This super sippable refresher might be our favorite version of this iconic drink. Wait. What did you say? Bourbon? We’re here for an upgrade any time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 cup water, for the simple syrup

  • 1/3 cup Summer Peach Bellini Oolong Tea

  • 3 cups water, for steeping the tea

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices

  • 3 cups lemonade

Instructions

  • First, make the Peach Oolong Tea. Steep 1/3 cup Peach Oolong in 3 cups hot water – 175°F, under the boil. Steep for 7 minutes. Strain off leaves and allow to cool.
  • Make a simple syrup by simmering the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves and the syrup thickens a bit – about 6 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • Puree the peach slices with the simple syrup until completely smooth. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
  • Add equal parts Peach Oolong Tea and lemonade to ice-filled glasses. Add a bit of the puree and stir. Store any leftover puree in the fridge for up to 5 days.
