This Poinsettia cocktail is a festive delight. Champagne, cranberry juice and our Berry Blast Tea come together to create a sip with sparkles and seasonal flair. The vibrant red hue from the Berry Blast and the effervescence from the bubbly make it beautiful and refreshing – perfect for holiday celebrations from Thanksgiving through Christmas.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Berry Blast Tea

  • 1 bottle chilled Champagne or Sparkling Wine

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3 cups chilled cranberry juice

  • Fresh cranberries, for garnish

  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish

Instructions

  • First make the sweetened Berry Blast concentrate. Boil 3 cups water. Remove from heat and add 1/3 cup Berry Blast Tea and the sugar. Allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain off the leaves and chill the tea until very cold.
  • To create a cocktail, pour 2 ounces cranberry juice and 3 ounces Berry Blast sweetened tea concentrate into a champagne flute. Top with cold champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary.
