1/2 Apple Cider Vinegar | |
1/2 cup water | |
1 Tbl Pickling Spice | |
2 tsp salt | |
2 Tbl sugar | |
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved |
1. | Bring the apple cider vinegar and water to a simmer. Add in the pickling blend, salt and sugar. Stir to dissolve. |
2. | Remove from heat and pour over the cherry tomatoes in a bowl or jar with a lid. Allow to sit for 30 mins to cool a bit. |
3. | These are excellent in just 30 minutes, and they just get better and better as they sit in the fridge. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. |
