1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar | |
1/4 cup distilled vinegar | |
1/2 cup water | |
1 Tbl Pickling Spice | |
2 tsp salt | |
2 Tbl sugar | |
1 cup sliced sweet mini peppers |
1. | Bring the vinegar and water to a simmer. Add in the Pickling Spice, salt and sugar. Stir to dissolve. |
2. | Remove from heat and pour over the sweet peppers in a bowl or jar. Allow to sit for 30 mins. |
3. | These quick pickled sweet mini peppers are amazing after just 30 mins, and they get better and better as they sit in the fridge. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. |
