1 lb Turkey breast cutlets
3 turkey thighs

1 orange, cut into slices
2 heads of garlic

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Place the turkey cutlets and thighs on a sheet pan and season on all sides with Peruvian Chicken Blend. Drizzle with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil and rub to combine.
3.Cut the tops from the heads of garlic. Add the orange slices and garlic to the pan. Roast for 30 mins then reduce heat to 350°F. Continue roasting until the thighs are cooked through with no visible pink near the bone - about 30 additional minutes.
4.To serve, squeeze the garlic into the pan and whisk into the pan juices.
