20 large peeled, deveined shrimp
Taco Tuesday Blend
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
1/4 cup chicken stock
Key Lime Avocado Oil
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Lime, avocado, tomato, lettuce, salsa for serving

1.Heat Hearth Oven to 1200 top and 600 bottom.
2.Heat a cast iron skillet for 5 minutes.
3.Add oil, shrimp, peppers and onions. Return pan to Hearth Oven and cook for 6-8 mins.
4.Remove pan and deglaze with chicken stock. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with salsa, pickled onions, avocado, tomato, lettuce...all the fajita fixings!
