Fresh, fast, delicious and oh so good for you, these veggie skewers deliver big flavor from warm, aromatic Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil and complex Chicken Tagine Blend. We love this flavor combo and kick. Cool things down with a side of Tzatziki. So good!
Tzatziki for serving | |
1 pint cherry tomatoes | |
1 yellow squash, cut into cubes | |
Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |

1. | Preheat grill to medium-high, 375°F. If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. |
2. | Skewer the vegetables, alternating pieces of red onion between the vegetables. Place the skewers on a sheet pan and drizzle with Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with Tagine Chicken Blend on both sides. |
3. | Grill the skewers on one side until golden brown. Turn and lower the heat or move to a cooler section of the grill to continue cooking until the squash can be pierced with a fork. |
4. | Remove from the grill and drizzle with a little additional Harissa Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Serve with a cool side of Tzatziki. |
