Creamy vanilla candy meets citrus, cranberries and Bergeron Pecans. We added just a touch of salt to the mix to balance the sweetness and highlight the tart & rich combo of pecans and fruit. Dreamy.
2 cups white chocolate chips | |
2 Tbl half & half | |
2 Tbl grated orange zest | |
1/4 tsp Fleur de Sel | |
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract | |
A few scrapes Nutmeg | |
1/2 cup dried cranberries | |
1/2 cup chopped Bergeron Pecans |
1. | In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave white chocolate 30 seconds. Stir, then return to microwave for an additional 30 seconds and gently stir white chocolate until completely melted. |
2. | Quickly mix in half-and-half, half of the orange zest, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, dried cranberries and half of the chopped pecans. |
3. | Immediately spread white chocolate mixture out to 1/4-1/2-in thickness on parchment paper. Sprinkle remaining pecans and orange zest on top, pressing to adhere. Allow to cool and break into pieces. |
