Ingredients

1 lb frozen hash browns, defrosted and patted dry
1/2 onion, grated
2 large eggs
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbl Spud Spice
2 tsp Himalayan Salt
Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Crunchy on the outside, warm and pillowy on the inside, this Hanukah staple is a must for any holiday table. We love the convenience of frozen potatoes. We especially love the flavors from Spud Spice and the rich Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Instructions

1.In a bowl, combine the shredded potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, baking powder, Spud Spice and Himalayan Salt until thoroughly combined.
2.Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in the Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil to coat the bottom. Working in batches, drop large spoonfuls of potato mixture into the oil. Fry, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.
3.Serve warm with apple sauce or sour cream.
