1/3 cup Hibiscus Flowers | |
2 cups boiling water | |
1/2 cup simple syrup | |
1 cup white cranberry juice | |
2 bottles sparkling wine | |
Lime wedges, for serving | |

1. | Steep the Hibiscus Flowers in the 2 cups hot water for 30 minutes. You're looking to make a very concentrated tea. Remove the flowers and add in 2 cups cold water. |
2. | In two large pitchers or a punch bowl, combine the Hibiscus tea, cranberry juice and simple syrup. Add the sparkling wine. Tuck the Rosemary branches into the pitcher or punch bowl. |
3. | Rim the glasses with lime and dredge in Rose Sugar. Serve with extra wedges of lime. |
