1. Maple Glazed Roast Salmon – We pair up Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Garlic Maple Blend for this delicious salmon. We love what the Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil does to bring all the flavors together. We love this salmon on a bed of wilted spinach or kale. It’s lovely with a sweet potato on the side, too!

2. Lemon Garlic Kale Salad. Massaging the greens is the key – yes, give them a massage! As you work the Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar into the greens, they relax. The process is really fun, and you end up with a scrumptious salad with amazing flavor. 

3. Citrus Olive Oil Mini Loaves– These perfectly-sized cakes (cake-lettes? is that allowed?) are simply packed with citrus from beginning to end.
