|4 lb pork shoulder|
|Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|2 oz Boucherie Blend|
|2 tsp salt (more or less to taste)|
|1.||Drizzle the pork shoulder with Shallot Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Rub in the Boucherie Blend and salt.|
|2.||Cook in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours. The meat should pull apart easily.|
|3.||Serve as described above on rolls or mashed potatoes. We love it on polenta, grits or even a waffle! Refrigerate any leftovers...even better reheated the next day!|
