PAN SEARED GARLIC BUTTER SALMON

Ingredients

4 skin-on salmon filets
Bristol Bay Salmon Blend
Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil
4 Tbl butter
4 cloves garlic, grated
Lemon, for serving

We love salmon – it’s a quick fix choice but always feels decadent and special. This Pan Seared Garlic Butter Salmon definitely falls in the decadent category! We use Bristol Bay Salmon Blend to season the filets to perfection. Give them a quick sear to crisp up the skin, then flip and baste with the garlicky butter in the pan. You’ll have dinner on the table in less than 15 – a little effort with a really delicious payout!

Instructions

1.Pat the salmon dry with paper towels. Season the salmon filets on the non-skin side with Bristol Bay Salmon Blend.
2.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and drizzle in Roasted Garlic Avocado Oil to coat the bottom.
3.Place the salmon filets, skin side down, in the hot pan and sear for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the salmon, add the butter and garlic to the pan and lower the heat.
4.Continue cooking the salmon until the desired internal temp. Tilt the pan and spoon the melted butter and garlic over the salmon - do this over and over while you continue to cook the salmon. For medium-well, the internal temp of the salmon should be 145°F. Before serving, spritz with lemon and spoon a little additional garlic butter over the filets.
