This beautiful, scarlet red cocktail is a refreshing combo of fruity liqueurs, rum and our Raspberry Patch tea. It’s our new back porch getaway sip that reminds us a little of a Caribbean cocktail.
2 oz steeped Raspberry Patch Tea | |
1/2 oz Cointreau | |
1/2 oz Framboise | |
1 oz lemon juice | |
1 oz Honey Simple Syrup | |
2 oz Rum | |
Sliced Lime or Lemon |
1. | First, make the tea by steeping 1 heaping Tbl Raspberry Patch Tea in one cup hot water for 20 minutes. Strain out the leaves and cool. |
2. | Fill a shaker with ice, add in 4 oz steeped Raspberry Patch Tea, Grand Marnier, Chambord, lemon juice, Honey Simple Syrup and Rum. Shake and pour over fresh ice in two rocks glasses. |
