1/4 cup distilled vinegar | |
1/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar | |
1/2 cup water | |
1 Tbl Pickling Spice | |
2 tsp salt | |
2 Tbl sugar | |
1 cup cucumber, sliced thin |
1. | Bring the vinegar and water to a simmer. Add in the pickling blend, salt and sugar. Stir to dissolve. |
2. | Remove from heat and pour over the cucumbers in a bowl or jar with lid. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. |
3. | These are deliciously snackable after just 30 mins, and they get better and better as they sit in the fridge. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. |
