Ingredients
4 cups diced potatoes
2 Tbsp It’s Greek to Me Seasoning
2 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, drizzle Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt and It’s Greek to Me seasoning.
- Cook in the air fryer at 375°F for 10 minutes. Open the air fryer and shake. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
