We decided to pair up Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar with Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and it was a very good decision! To create the vinaigrette, we add in the classic components of shallot and mustard to balance the flavors. This unique and flavorful vinaigrette is sweet, tart and a little spicy. Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar lends fruity sweetness, while Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil adds a smoky heat. This vinaigrette is perfect for drizzling over salads, grilled meats or roasted vegetables.

1 tsp Dijon mustard | |
1/4 tsp salt | |
1/4 cup Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar | |
1/2 cup Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1. | To make the vinaigrette, whisk to combine the shallot, mustard, salt and Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar. Slowly drizzle in the Chipotle Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Set aside. Before using, be sure to whisk again. Store any unused vinaigrette in the fridge for up to 10 days. |
