Yogurt, fresh sliced strawberries, granola and honey – what a great way to start the day! These are delicious with store-bought granola or try your hand at our Cinnamon Pecan Granola. Spice with Vietnamese Cinnamon and drizzle with Honey. These are fantastic lined up on a brunch buffet. We make these the night before for easy eating the next morning.
1.5 cups plain yogurt | |
Honey | |
1/2 tsp Vietnamese Cinnamon | |
2 cups sliced strawberries | |
Vanilla Bean Sugar | |
1/2 cup Granola |
1. | Combine the yogurt with 2 Tbl honey and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and set aside. |
2. | Divide the sliced strawberries among four dishes or stemless wine glasses. Sprinkle with Vanilla Bean Sugar and refrigerate for 15 minutes for the juices to begin forming from the berries. |
3. | Divide the yogurt amongst the glasses and top each with granola. Drizzle the parfaits with Honey and refrigerate. |
