Ingredients

8 ears corn on the cob
1 stick butter
2 tsp Smoked Tomato Blend
2 Tbl Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
Chopped fresh herbs for serving

Instructions

2.Steam, bake or grill the corn on the cob. While the corn is hot, place on platter and spread with the butter mixture.
